Ray Dwyer, of Sagle, Idaho, recently captured second place at the Professional Picture Framer’s Association (PPFA) National Open Picture Framing Championship recently held at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. The competition, open to PPFA members from around the world, challenges entrants’ design skills in conjunction with workmanship and conservation framing techniques.
